Suchin
Adhlakha
President

Prior to his role as President,
Suchin served as an active
member with the organization and held a similar post as President of
the
International Business Association. Suchin graduated from Indiana University
with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Bachelor of Arts in
Spanish.
Suchin currently works as a Sales Associate for Overture Technologies,
a
software startup located in Bethesda, MD. Suchin enjoys staying active,
learning to cook, marine aquariums, and spending time with family and
friends. |

Ajay Ojha

Ajay K. Ojha, PhD currently works for the
Department of
Defense. In his spare time, Ajay teaches at the university and college
level,
is helping to build the foundation for the United States Public Service
Academy, and regularly volunteers in community service. Ajay
graduated with
a BA from The University of North Carolina (GO HEELS!), MA
from Eastern
Illinois
University,
and PhD from Southern Illinois University. In 2007, Ajay was the
co-chair for
the Mentorship Program for NetSAP DC.
Ajay enjoys running on the
National Mall, reading, and international travel. |

Shivani
Agarwal

Shivani
has been actively involved
with the 2008 Board this year and has taken the
responsibility to deliver
newsletters and keeping the Board informed through agendas. She acts as
CIO on
other relevant organization information and leads the marketing team to
organize events.
Shivani currently works
at Freddie
Mac as a Financial Analyst and works closely with government agency
policy. She
has a diverse background and brings our organization knowledge from
multiple
European Countries, India,
and US. |

Currently, Mitch works at the United States
Department of
Energy as an Advisor to the Under Secretary for Science. Mitch
graduated from the University of Southern California
with a Bachelors of Science in
Industrial and Systems Engineering.Mitch will be
attending the University of Oxford in
the fall as
a member of the MBA 2009 Class. Mitch
enjoys long walks on the beach and puppies. |

Vipin Adhlakha

Viipin Adhlakha is the acting Membership
Director of NetSAP DC. He works with the other board members and
committee chairs to increase membership and visibility of NetSAP
amongst the DC South Asian Community.
Vipin is the
Vice-President of Commercial development at BioServer, a local bio-tech
company that provides molecular diagnostic research adn
development services. He is also the vice-president and treasures of
the Global Alliance for Indian Biomedical Professionals, a
non-profit, professional development organization. Vipin attended
Indiana University as an undergraduate and completed his graduate
studies in molecular biology at Purdue University. |

Sonya is a graduate
in Chemical
Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy NY,
and she currently works as Patent Examiner
in the Chemical area at the United States Patent and Trademark Office
in Alexandria VA. She is also the Vice
President of Northern
Virginia for the Rensselaer DC-Baltimore alumni chapter. Her other
hobbies include
traveling, running
races around the US, dancing, photography, and watching (and quoting)
scenes from The
Office.

Purti
graduated from American University
with a BA in International Studies focusing on South
Asia,
and a minor in Public Relations. She has spent six months studying
abroad in New
Delhi,India
strengthening her Hindi and learning more about the Indian culture and
government. Her interests in special events started while helping her
dad
organize parties and caterings for their family restaurants in northern
NJ. In
college she held positions in the South Asian Student Association and
was a
founding member of an all girls Bhangra team. She currently works for
the United
States
chapter of the International Real Estate Federation and oversees
membership and
national meetings. |

Ajay Phogat

Ajay is a technology evangelist, an
entrepreneur and a consultant. He currently is a consultant with IBM
working on their government projects. He is actively involved in his
community and provides direction and support to web-strategies of
various non-profit organizations. He has around eighteen years of
experience in various organizations in different capacities. His focus
is to use computing technologies and web-based solutions to meet
organizational challenges. Ajay has worked for Department of Homeland
Security, corporations like IBM and SBC Communications (now AT&T).
He has also worked for Indian organizations like EPFO, Ministry of
Labor, Ministry of Defense etc.
Ajay has an MBA from Olin School
of Business, Washington University in St Louis. He also has a Masters
in Information Management from Washington University in St Louis. He
has a Bachelors degree in Law from Delhi University, A Master's
degree from MD University and a Bachelors degree in Science from
Poona University in India.
Ajay currently sits on the board of
GAIBP, NETSAP, BTBITS Inc and Yaksh Oil LLC. He is a former President
of OASIS and is also currently a Senior Vice President of WIYD Inc (Whatsinyourdrink.com - Your guide to all things Liquor). |
